Context
“Thank you for your time, we’ll be in touch”, and then silence. ocenrekrutacje.it (“rate the hiring”) lets candidates show what hiring in tech looks like from their side: from the first contact, through technical tasks, to feedback. It isn’t against recruiters; it’s for better hiring. The service is in Polish.
How it works
- Reviews of the whole hiring process, posted under a nickname.
- Company search by name or tax ID (NIP), sorted by rating or number of reviews.
- A company ranking built by candidates, with no sponsored spots.
- Sign-in with email, Google or GitHub. Forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile.
- Moderation under published terms, plus a blog with guides to technical interviews.

In public beta since November 2025. I own and run it.
